Mercy Family Medicine Clinic in Buffalo, MO offers a full range of primary care services for the entire family, including pediatric care. Our family clinic services include:
- Treatment of minor illnesses and injuries
- Physical exams and sports physicals
- Diagnosis and treatment of adult and pediatric conditions
- Medicare exams
- Well-child visits
- On-site laboratory
- Flu shots as well as other vaccinations & immunizations
- Tests including urine, hemoglobin, sedrates, and Point of Care (pregnancy, mono, strep, Covid, RSV, Influenza A and B, and Protime)
The Wellness Bus also makes visits to our clinic several times a year to allow women in Buffalo, MO the opportunity to have their annual mammograms.

While our care team is still available to answer your medical concerns 24/7, we're extending our phone hours for non-medical needs, too. Call to schedule an appointment, request refills and more during our extended phone hours. Or use your MyMercy app or mercy.net anytime.
Mercy offers PCR diagnostic testing (often using a nasal swab) for COVID-19 testing. This test will confirm if you are currently infected with the virus. We are currently not offering antibody testing at this time. If you are concerned that you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 and/or are experiencing symptoms, please schedule a COVD-19 test at this clinic.
