Trena Turner has probably been one of the best doctors that my kids have had. She cares. She always listens and understands on things. And anytime I have a question, she gets back to me as soon as she can.

I waited a hour to be seen. Several people came in after me and was seen before me and left before I ever Made it back to my appointment. The scheduling team had schedule for an earlier appointment than I had Originally scheduled and I took Off work early to be on time to my appointment only to be left waiting for way too long. Once I got To see the provider she was great but being asked to come earlier and then made to wait a hour makes me less confident in the company. I was Told sorry we had to work some people in and it set us back. I waited A month for my appointment I arrived on time others should have to wait for their appointments too. I only needed to renew my medications my appointment was not long I could Have been in and out quickly. They also scheduled me as a new patient even though I was Not new I just Wanted to see a different provider.

Trena was very caring and listened to everything I had to say and try to take care of the problems I had and she just does a good job
