The State of Oklahoma recognized Mercy Hospital Ardmore as a Certified Healthy Business for 2025. Mercy earned the highest level of certification for the achievement: excellence.
“This is truly a reflection of how Mercy tries to care for the whole person for everyone inside our buildings,” said Daryle Voss, president of Mercy Southern Oklahoma Communities. “Providing compassionate care to patients starts with taking care of yourself. We’re proud to offer the support and resources for our co-workers to live a healthy lifestyle. It benefits every caregiver, their families and ultimately our patients.”
Certified Healthy Oklahoma is a state government program to recognize businesses, communities, schools, campuses, early childhood programs and congregations that promote health and wellness. Certified Healthy recipients go above and beyond to set a positive example and shape a brighter future in Oklahoma.
Beyond a comprehensive benefits package that includes an expansive Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Mercy’s internal Healthification initiative provides incentives for co-workers to engage in a healthy lifestyle. They can earn discounts and cash for annual wellness exams, screenings, healthy living and more.
